Our New Lender Division is seeking a Residential Title Processor. The main focus of this position will be Refinance, HELOC/2nd Mtg, and Reverse Mtg transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing title abstracts, lender instructions, and preparing closing documents for the real estate settlements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and prepare settlement statements and closing documents

• Review the lender's closing instructions

• Prepare CDs and Settlement Statements 

• Receive approval of CD from lender/broker

• Review Processing Calendar for assigned deals

• Review Title Binders and Abstract to clear title for closing

• Review all Taxes and payoffs

• Communicate with Broker and Lender on all closings

• Assist with the confirmation of all closings and funding

• Review and prepare title insurance commitments 

• Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and fellow staff, including returning all voicemails and emails.

QUALIFICATIONS & MINDSET

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the title/settlement-related industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under stringent deadlines

• Highly detail-oriented

• Collaborative and team-oriented

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary range is $50,000.00-$90,000.00 based on level of experience. You will also receive a robust benefits package. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with match, paid vacation, professional development opportunities, and more.
